Sometime in a small city, I was sitting below my tree house. I was enjoying the view of a beautiful scenery. It all seemed perfect to me, the greens, the blues, the smell of the yellow, and everything else. Things got better when a little girl about 8 years old came around with a spaghetti and a ice milk tea in her hands. She was walking pretty fast and came to me. She said "Kakak, makan!" (that‘s Indonesian for "Big brother, eat!"). She smiled and offered me the food. I couldn‘t say no, the perfect life was about to get better by the food, drink and the company of the little girl. But some how she stopped smiling at me when i started eating. So I scooped some spaghetti for her and she ate some. But she only smiled a bit. I asked her what‘s wrong and she just shook her head implying that there‘s nothing wrong. I held her close to me, thinking that maybe she‘s cold. My perfect world was beginning to be imperfect. Then she asked me "Kakak, ga ingat saya?" (Big brother, you don‘t remember me do you?). I thought she wanted to share her food and drink, but it turns out she also wants to share some memories. I just said, I‘m sorry.

Too bad, I woke up from that dream. It taught me something. I had a friendship with someone, and it got lost for couple of months. I guess by her coming into my dream made me realize that my friendship with her is a special one, and I can‘t lose this one. I will never forget you!
